👋 Hi, I’m Dayana - a seasoned content creator, copywriter, interviewer, crypto conference MC and moderator, with 10 years experience in marketing, media, and PR.
I am best-known in the Web3 space as the person you’re most likely to see at a major industry event, from ETH CC to Devcon and anything in between.
While I had been investing in crypto since 2019, I transitioned my 10+ years career in Web2 marketing and events to the blockchain space in 2023, diving in full-time.
Currently, I’m a Multimedia Content Producer at Cointelegraph which entails writing scripts and creating video content weekly positioned to go viral across X and YouTube.
I am a Lens power user (as a hobby), which has resulted in working directly with Avara on a Devcon activation (you can read all about that below).
My goal in Web3 is to use my writing, speaking, event hosting, and marketing skills to accelerate growth and adoption for meaningful projects.

<aside> 👀 COPYWRITING: My copy has headlined campaigns with ad spend over USD $10M. I’ve also helped small entrepreneurs raise their monthly generated revenue to USD $100,000 through a blog-email-sales page funnel.
My specialty lies in email copy, sales pages (or product launch pages), and blogs (on the content side). I also produce press releases, short ads, and video scripts.
EDITORIAL: I was a part of the Editorial Team at Matador Network (A San Francisco-based travel media) for 3 years with the single focus of driving traffic (especially through COVID, since we couldn’t monetize any of our other products besides traffic). The news pieces and blogs I’ve written for Matador have reached an audience of 200M+.
CONTENT CREATION: I’m experienced in creating courses from scratch - I put together a 6-week business coaching program and launched it 3 times.
CRYPTO PUBLIC RELATIONS: I served as the Senior Account Manager at Melrose PR in 2024 - a fully crypto-centric agency, representing clients including Babylon and CoinMarketCap. My role apart from leading a team of 3 and working directly with the clients, was to strategize and execute announcement and content placement in Tier-1 crypto publications. I learned how to thrive in an incredibly fast-paced and often stressful environment and was appreciate at the company for my ability to handle tough conversations. My tenure lasted half a year, as I realized that I love being able to leverage my PR skillset but do not want to focus on it as my primary career.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: I have experience working in fast-paced startups with global teams, collaborating across 3 time zones simultaneously. With that said, I’d like to be a part of a team where there isn’t a daily chaos to deal with. As a seasoned remote worker, I like to be a part of an organized, professional team that communicates clearly and sets reasonable deadlines. Micro-managing is not cool.
